Vampire Treat and High Hopes Release Blog Hop

Welcome back to my blog and now for the exciting news.  The newest release of High Hopes Rubber Stamps is hot off the press and ready to go.

To help celebrate this newest release of Christmas/Halloween/Fall rubber stamps the girls from both the High Hopes and OCS Design Teams are hosting a Blog Hop from the 1st to the 5th of this month and and winner/winners will be chosen on the 7th.  Make sure you visit each blog to see what new release they have on their blog and then go back to the challenge posts and leave a comment on the OCS or High Hopes blogs.

We are going to start off with Kristine from High Hopes, then Shari M. from OCS.

Leanne (Me)
Lora (Owner of HH and OCS)

The stamp I am using for my coffin card is "Vampire Treat" by High Hopes Rubber Stamps.  I added some twine and popped him up on the card with foam tape.  The back ground I did myself and the shape of the card I cut out myself.  I used Copic Markers to color him up.  Thanks for stopping and I hope you get a chance to stop by One Crazy Stamper.  Happy blog hopping, it's going to be awesome.

Christmas Rainbow of Color

Thanks friends for stopping, I haven't played the Merry Monday Challenge in a while, and I forgot to add this card, I made on Monday evening.  I thought I should get it on here.  I hope you get a chance to pop on over to their challenge and check out what the team is creating, and play along.

My card I used the Cheery Lynn Design Honeycomb Die, and I used scrap pieces of card stock for the insides.  I used the Tim Holtz Christmas script and I added some adhesive onto the back of the glitter cardstock and run it thru my big shot.  I love how this works awesome.  I added the metal snowflakes random.  Thank again and I hope you get into your craft room and have some fun.  Cheers!

My friend ask me to do the following: Make a shaker card, make it a circle, and she said she wanted to see cross stitch on it as well. Also she wanted to see shine and glitter, wow what a girl hey!  But I think I covered that now.  Till next time, happy crafting. See you over at 4 Crafty Chicks.

Circles

Thanks friends for stopping by my blog and checking on what I am creating.  Today our challenge at 4 Crafty Chicks is hosted by none other than our very talented Chick, Tamie.  She wants to see circles.  So this technique sprung to mind  The twine wrapped through the holes in the die I cut out.  Takes a while to do, but sure does look neat once it is finished.  I hope you get a chance to pop on over to 4 Crafty Chicks, check out what the Chicks are creating and till next time, hope you get in your craft room.  Cheers!

Flat Friends at Lil Patch of Crafty Friends

Thanks friends for stopping by and checking my card out.  Today at Lil Patch of Crafty Friends our challenge starts again and my little image reminds me of a friend and her cats.  I know the image is tweaked a bit, as there is only one cat, I added another one.

I also used my craft knife to cut the holes in the window to add some glittered paper behind it.  I also used some Liquid Applique and heat set it, love that stuff.  I hope you get a chance to pop on over to LPCF and play along with Team A, they are so talented.  Till next time Happy Crafting!

Happy Anniversary

Welcome back friends, September is here already, I am sure some of you parents are busy getting the wee ones back to school, routines, summer holidays finished, or maybe you are sending some off to university/college too.  Busy time for sure.  The summer sure has flown by and I find the older one gets the faster it does fly by.  Onto my card today for our challenge at 4 Crafty Chicks, which I am hosting as it is the first Thursday and we are also having a Guest Designer Call so if you are interesting in this, please pop on over to 4 Crafty Chicks and the information will be there.

For my card today, I am trying a new idea I've seen online and in craft magazines, the Elizabeth Craft Design Outline Stickers.  Our Challenge at 4 Crafty Chicks is "Fall" and I thought these acorns looked kind of neat, and I needed an Anniversary card as well.  So here we go.  Again, hope you get a chance to stop by our challenge, play along and maybe even enter for a guest designer spot.  Till next time happy crafting, and Happy Fall!
