Welcome back friends, I am making a fun card today using the ever so fun High Hopes Stamps and their new Winter/Fall Fun Release. 

One Crazy Stamper challenge is going on still so if you should stop by there and play along with them.

  My little penguin friend here is pulling the sleigh and his gift bags, I stamped onto pattern paper and fussy cut the bags out.  I colored my friend with Copic markers and popped up the sentiment with some foam dots.
