4 Crafty Chicks Felt #139

Hello friends, another great challenge at 4 Crafty Chicks today.
Our friend Lori has challenge you and I to use felt on our project.  I have to admit it is a challenge, a fun one at best.  I have never used felt on a card, and Lori was telling me to use my dies to cut out fun things.  I think she might have started a trend of fun for me.  Anyway enough yacking and get to my card.

4 Crafty Chicks Charming Charms #136

Hello again, thank you so much for stopping by and checking on what I've been creating.
Today at 4 Crafty Chicks it is my turn to host and it being the first week of April...I want to personally Welcome Sue our new Guest Designer for the month of April, please go over to 4CC and share some love and welcome her.

The challenge today is Charms, they can be whichever you want them to be, a lot, one or two.  Just please specify which you have and so mine is the charm I made using shrink film, tried to make it look like a book, I think it turned out pretty well.  I first of all used a spellbinder and cut out the shape and then stamped words on the film, and then used a hole cutter and then my heat gun.  Shrunk down to fairly small.  I used a small chain and jump ring to have it hang down.  So please go over to 4 Crafty Chicks and play along with this fun challenge, and share some love with the design team.  Till next time, Happy Crafting!
Here is my finish project.
PS:  This is Tamie's Birthday card which was last week, hugs TC!
And I hope you liked your card!
Can't wait to get together and celebrate in person with you...hugs friend!

Supplies: Black, Vanilla, Cardstok, Pattern Paper,MS Leaf Punch, Flowers, Chain, Jump Ring, Charm(using shrink film), Spellbinders, Foam Squares, dauber for inking edges.

Sharing in their Sorrow

Hello friends, thought I would share my card I made for my Dad and Mom.  My Auntie, Dad's sister passed away on the 21st of March and she lived in the states and so my Dad hasn't seen her in a long time, but still is so sad when we loose someone we love.  I went to see my Auntie a few years ago, she reminded me so much of my Dad and their mom too.  Such fond memories, that I have now shared with my Dad once again. I know sometimes we have such a hard time making a sympathy card or even receiving them.  So I thought something a little pretty was in store for this one.
Thanks for stopping to see what I've created, and remember someone in your life you have lost and smile.  Memories are the best gift one can give themselves.
I decided to enter my card in the following challenges:
Mema's Crafts: Anything Goes
The Paper Nest Dolls: Anything Goes
Brown Sugar Challenge Blog: Flowers
Simon Says Stamps Challenge Blog: Anything Goes
