Tutti Designs Celebrate, Party Banner

Thank you and welcome back to my blog, sure excited to share my card with you.  

Using the wonderful Tutti Design Dies.

Party Banner TUTTI-288, Celebrate Word Set TUTTI-243

I cut out the party banner die, in white card stock saving the negative piece and then in the pink.  I cut the Celebrate word in pink card stock.

 

I added the white negative card stock to card base, and took the pieces from the white and glued them down onto the pink card base, the white cardstock I popped up with foam adhesive.  I added the pink card stock party banner on top of the white.

I glued down the Celebrate word on to the white cardstock.

I added a few small gems or rhinestones randomly.
