Supplies: High Hopes Rubber Stamps-Chilly Penguin, Happy Penguin, Penguin Earmuffs, Penguin Party, It's Part Time. Stampin' Up - Jolly die, Spica Pens, Glitter Cardstock, Copic Markers, Mask-it.
