Tutti Designs Seashell Frame Tropical Fish Cardinal Wreath Dotted Circles

Using the wonderful Tutti Designs Dies.

Seashell Frame, Nesting Dotted Circles, Cardinal Wreath, Tropical Fish

So first off I cut out the Seashell Frame in cream, the circle in the light blue/green, the wreath in dark olive green and the big fish in yellow.

I adhere the Seashell Frame to my base, also added the ribbon.  I added the circle

I snipped the wreath and used liquid glue to the adhere to the circle

I then added foam adhesives to the fish to popped it up somewhat.
