Krafty Chicks Challenge #552 Week 4 (All Occasions)

Hello again I am sharing my card for 

the challenge which is starting today, 

over at Krafty Chicks Challenge Blog.

Our Hostess today is, Lori.

I cut out the card base on an angle and scored to make a triple fold card.  I cut out the balloons, the sentiments, numbers, stars, and the Happy Birthday dies  I added some white on the inside and adhered the celebrate on the top of the first fold and then added the rest of the dies to finish my card off.
